Currently using the PAMS model, this role is developing to look at other resources and tools to assess parents in a more holistic way. The role of Advanced Practitioner is to lead the way, role model good practice and offer guidance and support to the social work team in working with children and families in need and in crisis. We are looking for an experienced social worker with a passion for assessing parents in safeguarding children. This is a real opportunity to develop you social work skills further!
