GDS-type approach to building services

Following the footsteps of the Government Digital Service (GDS), we adopt a similar approach to building services. Our journey begins with thorough discovery to understand the needs of our users. We then move on to the Alpha phase, where we build prototypes and test them rigorously. In the Beta phase, we release the service to real users, gathering valuable feedback to iterate and improve.
